This Privacy Policy describes how Social Eclipse Ltd, trading as Memotale (“Memotale,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from memotale.com (the “Site”).

Story Content (photos, text, memories): stored only as long as necessary to create and deliver your book, and deleted within 6 months of order fulfilment unless you explicitly consent to longer storage (e.g. for easy reordering).

Marketing Data: retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information about a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
