Refund & Returns Policy
At Memotale, every book we create is custom-made using the stories and photos you provide. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds if you change your mind once an order has been placed.
Your book is designed with care and is unique to you and your loved ones.
If there is a problem with your order
We want you to be completely happy with your Memotale. If your order arrives and:

You received the wrong product,

The book was damaged in transit, or

There is a printing/manufacturing defect,
then we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos showing the issue.
Cancellations and changes
Our books are put into production very soon after you place your order. For this reason, cancellations or changes can only be made within 6 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes, though we will do our best to help.
Photos and story submissions
Please ensure you upload high-quality photos and accurate story details when placing your order. The quality of the final book depends on the materials you provide. Low-resolution or blurry photos may result in lower quality printing, and we cannot offer refunds in this case.
Non-refundable items
As our products are fully personalised, they are exempt from standard UK and EU return rights. This means we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Promo codes and discounts

Only one promo code may be used per order.

Promo codes cannot be combined, are non-transferable, and may be subject to specific conditions.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed.
