Every story is written from your real memories of your cat — not a pre-written template. The scenes, wording, and structure all change based on what you share. Illustrations are based on photos you upload.
How many photos will I need to upload?
One photo per person in the story — not one per illustration. Photos help us understand what your characters look like so we can illustrate them accurately.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are dispatched within 7 days. Add Skip the Line at checkout for 48-hour dispatch. UK delivery is 3–5 working days after dispatch.
What happens after I place my order?
You'll receive an email with a link to your story builder. Fill in your memories of your cat, answer a few questions, upload your photos — we take it from there.
